Live data from the Meta Ad Library — scanned July 2026. No email required.
We scanned every aesthetics-related ad running on Facebook and Instagram in the UK. 63 were relevant. 39 unique advertisers. But here's what's interesting: the vast majority are product brands — Korean skincare, collagen serums, anti-aging creams, tallow balms, LED masks.
Actual UK aesthetic clinics are nearly absent. Botox Barb (Hermosa Heights) and British Aesthetic Academy are the rare exceptions. Most clinics — the ones offering Botox, fillers, microneedling, PRP, laser — aren't running a single ad.
The ad space is being filled by DTC brands and influencers, not by the clinics that could convert viewers into booked treatments.
